Saving Funders to Lists

Standard & Professional This feature is available on all plans.

As you search for funders, you can save them to custom lists to organize your prospecting efforts and keep track of funders you want to follow up with.

Adding funders to a list from search results

Section titled “Adding funders to a list from search results”
  1. On the Find Funders page, check the boxes next to one or more funders you’d like to save.
  2. Click the Add to list button above the results table.
  3. A dropdown menu will appear showing your existing saved lists.
  4. Click the name of the list you’d like to add the funders to.

The selected funders will be added to the list, and you’ll see a confirmation notification.

You can also save an individual funder from their profile page:

  1. Open a funder’s profile by clicking their name in the search results.
  2. Click the Add to list button next to the funder’s name at the top of the profile.
  3. Select an existing list from the dropdown.

If you don’t have a list yet or want to create a new one:

  1. Click Add to list (from either the search results or a funder profile).
  2. At the bottom of the dropdown, you’ll see an input field with the placeholder “New list name”.
  3. Type a name for your new list and click the + button.
  4. The new list will be created and the selected funders will be added to it.
