Updating your credit card or payment method is a self-service customer action.
First, log in to your account at https://backend.catholicfundingguide.com/my-account/
From here there are two ways to change your payment method.
Method A: Change previously saved credit card
If you have previously saved your card to your account, click on "Payment Methods" from the left navigation.
Now you will see a list of your saved payment methods. To add a payment method, click on the "Add payment method" button.
Complete the form to add the new payment method. Check the box "Save to account" to save this payment method to be able to use for subscription renewals. Click "Add payment method" after completing the form, and you will return the payment methods screen.
The default payment method will be the one automatically selected for your next transaction, including subscription renewals. Click "Make default" next to your new payment method if you would like your subscription to use the new method at the next renewal.
You can delete any old payment methods by clicking the "Delete" button next to the payment method.
Updating your payment method is now complete.
Method B: Change it on subscription settings
To change or update your credit card or payment method on your subscription, click on "My Subscription(s)" from the left navigation.
From here you will see your subscription. Click on the "Change payment" button.
This will take you to a screen similar to your initial purchase screen.
Scroll down and click the radio button next to the option "Use a new payment method." Then enter your new card details. Check the box "Save to account" to save this payment method for future use.
Click "Change payment method" when you have completely filled out the form, and your subscription will now use your new payment method.
