Reactivating a project

Projects remain active for 90 days from the first day they are created. After 90 days a project will become inactive and is no longer visible to funders.

When your project becomes inactive, you will receive a notification, and then you can reactivate your project following the steps below.

Steps to reactivate a project

1. Navigate to the projects screen. Here you will see your active, inactive, and expired projects. Active projects are displayed under the "My Projects" heading.
2. To manage your project, click on the menu button with three dots in the lower right hand corner of the project.
3. Select the "Reactivate" option and your project will be reactivated. Please allow for up to 15 minutes for your project to display in the "My Projects" section.

Expired Projects

If your project is expired, like the one shown below, it cannot be reactivated. You will need to create a new project if desired.
