Managing Projects

Keep your projects up to date so funders always see accurate information about your organization’s needs.

Navigate to My Projects from the sidebar to see all of your projects displayed in a grid layout. Each project card shows:

  • Status badge — Active (green) or Inactive (gray)
  • Organization name
  • Project title
  • Description preview
  1. Find the project you’d like to update in your projects list.
  2. Click the dropdown menu on the project card.
  3. Select Edit.
  4. Make your changes in the project form.
  5. Click Update to save your changes.

Projects have two statuses:

  • Active — The project is visible to funders and can be discovered through the platform.
  • Inactive — The project is no longer visible to funders. Projects are automatically deactivated after 90 days, at which point they appear grayed out in your projects list.

If a project has been deactivated (either automatically after 90 days or manually), you can bring it back:

  1. Find the inactive project in your projects list.
  2. Click the dropdown menu on the project card.
  3. Select Reactivate.

Reactivating a project extends its active period for another 90 days and makes it visible to funders again.

To permanently remove a project:

  1. Click the dropdown menu on the project card.
  2. Select Delete.
  3. Confirm the deletion when prompted.

Deleting a project is permanent and cannot be undone. If you just want to temporarily hide a project from funders, consider letting it deactivate naturally or waiting until you’re ready to reactivate it.
